Can I watch on multiple devices at the same time?

No, you can only watch on one device at a time. Tickets are not transferable.

Can I watch on a TV?

Yes, you can watch on a TV using a Chromecast or Apple TV. You can also watch on a TV using a supported Smart TV. Click the cast logo in the bottom right corner of the player to cast to your TV.

I have paid, but I still don't have access. What should i do?

Please check your spam folder. If you still can't find the email, please contact our customer support team for assistance on [email protected] or try the following steps.

  • Refresh your browser page.
  • Make sure you are not using a VPN
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Access the website via private/incognito mode.
  • Try a different browser. (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Edge etc.)
  • Try using a different device. (PC, Laptop, Tablet, Phone etc.)
  • Try using a different network like another WiFi connection, 4G or a Hotspot.

Why Is my payment being rejected?

The streaming quality is bad. What should i do?

Please try the following steps to improve the streaming quality:

  • Refresh your browser page
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Access the website via private/incognito mode
  • Restart your router.
  • Try a different browser. (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Edge etc.)
  • Try using a different device. (PC, Laptop, Tablet, Phone etc.)
  • Try using a different network like another WiFi connection, 4G or a Hotspot.
  • Disconnect all other devices connected to your network and disable all background applications currently running in order to increase your connection speed.
  • If you are using a VPN, please disable it and try again.

I would like to buy a ticket in another currency. How much will I be charged?

Tickets may be priced in any currency and can be purchased from anywhere in the world in the local currency. The price you see is the price you pay, and you will not be charged any additional fees at checkout. However you can find our foreign currency exchange prices here.

How can I pay for my live stream ticket?

You can pay using your credit card, debit card, or alternative payment methods like Apple Pay or Google Pay. We're pretty chill when it comes to payment options.

Once your purchase is complete, you can access your livestream by following the link that goes to your email, or by following the redirect page after checkout. From there, you can stream the video to watch on your device.
